What's Included

 Expert survey and professional installation by trained Falcon Windows staff

 Removal and responsible disposal of your old windows and doors

 Supply and installation of energy-efficient, made-to-measure PVC-u & aluminium products

 Sealing and securing all installed frames using industry-standard fixings and sealants

 Internal and external finishing (trims and sealant) to a high decorative standard

 Cleaning of installed units and surrounding area to a high standard

 Post-installation checks to ensure correct operation of all moving parts

 10-year product and installation guarantee

 Aftercare service, including adjustments and sealed unit replacements under warranty

 Compliance with FENSA building regulations (certificate issued)

What's Not Included

 Redecoration (e.g., repainting, wallpaper repair, or making good plaster damage beyond trims)

 Moving or replacing blinds, curtains, pelmets, alarm sensors or electrical fittings

 Structural alterations (e.g., widening openings, lintel replacements unless quoted)

 Repair of pre-existing issues such as damp, rot, or faulty brickwork

 Rubbish removal unrelated to the window and door installation

 Furniture moving or room clearance - please ensure working access is available

 Ongoing maintenance such as cleaning frames and glass (unless under care agreement)

 Out-of-warranty repairs, misuse damage or Nickel Sulphide inclusion (spontaneous shattering of glass)
