I was dreading the whole window buying experience and having spoken to one of your competitors my preconceived ideas rapidly unfolded in front of me! Sharp intakes of breath at bad access, need for scaffolding and an initial quote that would have cleared the National Debt immediately followed by a special price just for me, but only if I made up my mind straight away etc tec. The second company and the only other one I asked was yourself. We were met by John Garrod who had a very pleasant nature, answered all our questions and was very informative and helpful. Incredibly he managed to convey everything that I needed to know without touching a nerve or ruffling my feathers! The second time I met him was when he visited the house and again, he was a perfect salesmen. Have met you at the house I was impressed that the measurements were being taken by someone who was also clearly capable of fitting the windows. There is nothing more annoying than buying something from somebody who has never even seen the item they are selling. When your fitters, Darren and Billy arrived they were pleasant, polite, accommodating and very respectful of carpets, furniture etc. On the second day they were joined by Darren 2 who again was very pleasant and easy to talk to. There were a couple of awkward installations which they dealt with very well. I regard myself as a craftsman and am not easily pleased by other people's work but your staff were in every respect perfect. My wife was particularly impressed with the way Bill vacuumed his way out of the house! My wife and I are so pleased with the finished job and I have already and will continue to recommend your company. Thank you again."
